Dodger came to us from the Riverside Shelter. He was in rough shape and we weren't sure he would make it. He was emaciated and fearful and could barely walk. He ate every meal as if he thought he would never see another one again. After months in his foster home, he slowing began making an amazing recovery. Over time, he put on weight, and his little tail started wagging more and more. You should have seen him when he discovered the couch. It was like he had died and gone to heaven.
He is does well on leash and is great with both big and small dogs. He hasn't met an adult he doesnt' love. He is gentle and curious with children.
Dodger deserves to live out his final chapters well fed, in a warm (or cool) house, on a soft bed. Is that home for you?
