SAMMY IS ADOPTED

Sammy went home today. While it is extremely hard for me to express anything right now, I just said goodbye to my special Samurai, I want to share with you the note Amy and Scott wrote to all of us:

Dear Sachi Animal Rescue,  

Thank you so much for trusting us to care for your beloved Sammy. We cannot wait to bring him into our family. We especially recognize how difficult it must be to give up your handsome love and promise to love and cherish him with all our hearts. Thank you again for all that you do for Sammy and all of the dogs you help. We will keep in close touch as we begin this long journey together.

Update on SAMMY

Being a ladies man, Sammy had no problems to
gather the pretty girls around him at the Dog Days of Summer event in La Habra.

They kissed on him, hugged him and loved him all day long.

I don’t know what a Boxer needs to do to stand out among the other SAR orphans: 

• Gorgeous – check
• Loyal – check
• Loving – check
• Obedient – check
• Sad story background – check 

So what gives?
So what is it about Sammy? Well nothing really. Another misunderstood beauty looking desperately for a place to call his own.

The one thing Sammy does remember however from his past is that he once had a loving special place in someone’s heart. At SAR we believe he belonged to a very caring woman because he’s desperately drawn to the feminine kind. Or maybe he is just another typical guy, who knows? Blondes, brunettes, red heads – it really doesn’t matter. You can all apply: Sammy does not discriminate in any way!

Sammy just wants to find the one person that will stick around this time and realize what a treasure he is.
