RILEY

Riley is a 1yr old boxer mix, think the mixed part is a yellow lab. His weight is an eyeball guess at 45-50 lbs and he is 20-24inches tall. I wiped him down with the dog bath wet wipes with no problem played with his feet pet and pulled his tail he does have a sore that is healing on his nose that I hit when I wiped his... face and he didn't react except to move a little bit because it hurt. He kissed my daughter. Very sweet boy. Didn't pay attention to dogs he walked by but he watched people when they went by almost like he was looking for someone. Will need to check to see if he is ok with kids. He likes to run around the back yard and wag his tail. His tail is almost always wagging just look at him and he sees you it waggs. Curiously playful he is learning how to play with the dogs, they run and chase eachother and kinda hop around. He is not aggressive towards adults (will check the kids and let you know) not food aggressive Titan was right outside the crate and right next to the bowl Riley was eating out of and Riley didnt care. No teeth no growl nothing. He is very submissive. We are working with him to stay in his crate with the door open and he is doing very well since we just brought him home yesterday. He is a smart boy. Since he is young he has lots of time to learn and he pays attention to what you are telling him. Sometimes he pulls back if it looks like your going to pet him like on the top of his head. Not sure if he was hit. Once he sees your just petting him he loves it. He will make a great companion/pet for someone or some family. Oh yes he had his first bath last night when we brought him home and he did great. I don't think he has ever had a bath. He was scared but calmed down some and became more relaxed and I think the more he gets the more relaxed he will be. I cleaned his ears with a wash cloth he didnt care, we scrubbed him and he didnt care the only thing he didnt like is the water in his face. He kept moving his head all around. You can do it seems, just about anything. We brushed him with a wire brush for his undercoat did great. I think he liked to be clean.
