Meet Franklin Dogginore Ruffsevelt. Little Franklin is a very special puppy looking for a very special home. He was born with a defect in his spine that caused him to be permanently paralyzed in his lower end. He is what neurologists refer to as a spinal walker as he does have mobility. He doesn’t let his handicap get in the way of having fun and playing though. In fact, Franklin doesn’t even know he’s different. He’s a sweet natured little guy who instantly warms the heart and soul of everyone he meets
