Skippy (CP)

Skippy was found as a stray dog.  He is an adorable 9 lb long hair, white & tan chihuahua.  He is 7 years old, microchipped, neutered, vaccinated, and waiting to go to his forever home!
Skippy walks with one of rear legs "up", however the vet where he has been staying gave Skippy a clean bill of health.
