MACYLittle Macy was found lost and desperate on the streets of downtown LA. Her hair was matted and dirty, she was covered with fleas and bugs but had not lost her sense of trust. As Animal Control tried to capture her, she ran up to someone she knew would not let her down. Amy is a nanny who was taking the kids she watches over to the Natural History Museum. Maybe little Macy felt a kinship with the kids from her former life or she instinctively recognized that Amy would be the good samaritan she'd been waiting for. She ran up to the little group and started licking their faces. Far from turning their back on this little ball of love, they took her in to be groomed and then took her home. She was introduced to the house dog and played non stop with her new friend. Amy eventually took her home with her where she met her 6 lbs chihuahua. The two have been inseparable ever since, sharing Amy's lap and attention, going to the dog park and enjoying being chased around. Macy is a little 18 lbsTerrier mix, about one year young. She is looking for someone who will be able to give her the love and attention she sorely missed all this time. She loves being around kids and other dogs. Sachi Animal Rescue will provide her with a full medical check up, up to date vaccinations and microchip prior to being placed. Hurry, with a face like this, little Macy will not last long on our site!
