Adopt on health waiver as the mass needs to be checked. They have him in quarantine (building 1 kennel 107) and he isn't even sick...well he wasn't when I saw him on the 12th. He was happy happy happy and more happy. He was bouncy, exuberant, wiggling, and couldn't get enough rubs through the gate. He is only 10 MONTHS old and so so happy. Who knows what the bump on his penis is. It may be nothing. He is so young and my heart is breaking with them dying. I cannot pull one more right now. Can you please help.
