Since puppy hood Fred lived at the ranch where Sachi Animal Rescue's dogs stay. When we received an application for a young German Shepherd, Raphaele immediately thought of Fred who wanted to be part of a family. Off he went to Dr Galea for neuter, vaccines and microchip.
