CAPONE II

CAPONES Back Story:
Capone was pulled in April 2012 from the Devore shelter by a rescuer who took him to Barton’s Kennels. She then stopped paying his bill at Barton’s. Capone has been stuck in the kennel system for over 1 1/2 years now & who knows how long he’s been in the shelter system before that!!!! It’s so sad. Tim & I had been volunteering at the first kennel that he was at & fell in love with Capone. We had the rescuer who had stopped paying the bill on him transfer ownership to us & we have been paying his bill ever since. We are fairly new volunteers to the animal world & we do not have the contacts & resources to get him a forever home. We take him to adoption events & try to meet as many rescuers as possible. He is a great dog & deserves a home of his own.
CAPONE now:
Capone is one big hunky lover boy! At approx. 3 ½ years old & approx. 80 lbs. he is a sweet as pie gentle soul, a true champion for his breed! Capone LOVES people (kids & adults) & is GREAT with other dogs. He has not been tested with cats, but he seems to be bomb proof. Other dogs have nipped at him, tried to hump him, tried to fence fight with him, barked at him etc. & he does absolutely nothing. He really doesn’t care. It’s really funny. He’s got a wonderful temperament. He’s a big love bug & a softy. He’s a very very special soul. All this big boy wants is to love & play.
Capone loves the open air & being on the go so an active home would be great for him. Because he was in the shelter system a few times, we believe Capone could be an escape artist so a secure home/yard is a must.
He is a strong & powerful boy. I picture him in a home with a nice size yard & a strong motorcycle riding man!! Capone loves motorcycles!! Couldn't you just imagine him riding in the side car......he'd love it!! :) lol He also loves being in the water on a hot summer’s day! He gets hot!!
Capone is neutered, current on vaccinations, and micro-chipped. He is healthy as a horse.
